My Journey
After years of struggling with food and energy issues due to autoimmune hypothyroidism, and later discovering an inherited metabolic disorder, I became a health and nutrition coach. Through trial and error, I made many of the same mistakes others do when trying to feel better and get healthy, but I learned invaluable lessons along the way.
I discovered that true health comes from building healthy habits and living in alignment with the person you want to become. It's simpler then people think when you focus on the big rocks that matter, rather than the pebbles that don't.
What I can do for you
As a nutrition coach, I help individuals such as gym goers, busy moms, perimenopausal women or 1st responders, achieve their fitness, health, and fat loss goals through simple, sustainable, nutrition strategies. Instead of restrictive diets, eliminating foods or tracking every bite, I teach my clients how to build balanced meals and develop sustainable habits that fit seamlessly into their lives. My approach focuses on empowering people to make consistent progress without feeling deprived, so they can feel better, feel more energized and finally see real results.
