Like many women, my journey into health and nutrition started with frustration. I was tired of feeling low energy, disconnected from my body, and constantly trying to “figure out” what I should be doing to feel better. Managing autoimmune hypothyroidism forced me to slow down, pay attention, and completely rethink the way I approached health.
What I eventually learned is something I now see in so many women I work with: effort alone is not the problem.
Most women are already trying hard and putting in the work. They're overwhelmed by conflicting advice, stuck in all or nothing thinking, and trying to force actions and routines that don't actually fit their real life.
Once I learned a sustainable approach and method that worked, I never had to start over"again. Even better, the changes I made have helped me strong, energized, and more like myself throughout my perimenopause journey.
True, lasting health came from building simple habits and changing how I approached the process as a whole. When I stopped chasing perfection and focused on what actually mattered, everything became more sustainable and far less overwhelming.
That experience became the foundation for my Aligned Action Framework, and approach centered around helping women create realistic habits and routines that support their goals while still fitting real life.
How We Work Together
My coaching approach is build around helping women take aligned, realistic action instead of relying on motivation, restriction, or starting over.
Together, we focus on creating simple nutrition habits, routines, and strategies that support your goals while still fitting your lifestyle. Through my Aligned Action Framework, I help women build consistency in a way that feels more sustainable, less overwhelming, and easier to maintain long term.
Because real progress does not come from being perfect. It comes from repeatable actions that align with your life, your goals, and the season of life you're in.
