You will not have to rely on will power and you won't have any rules or restrictions.  I will teach you how to use the power of habits to create sustainable change.  It requires two things.... your commitment to be consistent and take small steps over time and a growth mindset that will allow you to believe in yourself and think differently about your goals.

InBody body composition analysis is included in personal nutrition coaching packages.  One-on-one coaching includes coaching, guidance, accountability and use of a coaching app for daily content, tracking, and direct messaging with me, my private inner circle FB group and weekly Zoom meetings.

InBody scans are included with paid nutrition coaching, but can be scheduled as an independent paid service. This can be scheduled at Cream City CrossFit or in Oak Creek. Group discounts available. Email for pricing for group discounts.
