100 day Journey
My one-on-one nutrition coaching program starts off with the 100 day journey. This program is personalized to take the guesswork out of the amount of food you should be eating. InBody body composition analysis is included in personal nutrition coaching packages. One-on-one coaching includes coaching, guidance, accountability, coaching app for daily content, tracking, and direct messaging with me and scheduled Zoom meetings.
1:1 Nutrition Coaching:
100 Days to a Fitter 1st Responder
My one-on-one nutrition coaching program starts off with the 100 day journey tailored for the 1st responder. 1st Responders have unique stressors
This program is personalized to take the guesswork out of the amount of food you should be eating. InBody body composition analysis is included in personal nutrition coaching packages. One-on-one coaching includes coaching, guidance, accountability, coaching app for daily content, tracking, and direct messaging with me and scheduled Zoom meetings.
Group Nutrition Challenges
I run my Bod Squad group challenge 5 times per year. This includes 6 weeks of habits & nutrition coaching, guidance, accountability, and before/after weigh in using the InBody body composition analyzer. Includes use of a coaching app for daily content, tracking and direct messaging.
