Group Nutrition Challenges
I run my 6 week Bod Squad group challenge 5 times per year. This includes 6 weeks of habits & nutrition coaching, guidance, accountability, and before/after weigh in using the InBody body composition analyzer. Includes use of a coaching app for daily content, tracking and direct messaging.
