About Me

I know what it feels like to work hard and still feel frustrated with nutrition.

For years, I thought eating “healthy” automatically meant I should see results. I tried restrictive diets including low calorie, low fat, paleo, low carb, and keto. I even tracked macros and got results temporarily, but I learned very little about how to eat in a way I could actually maintain long term.

What finally changed things was realizing that lasting results come from consistency, not constantly starting over with another strict plan. Now I help women build a simpler, more realistic approach to nutrition using my Aligned Action Framework so they can feel more confident, consistent, and in control around food without obsessing over every choice.​

I'm Angie, a CrossFit L2 Trainer, nutrition coach, menopause coaching specialist and women's coaching specialist with over 15+ years in the CrossFit space. You can find me coaching at Cream City CrossFit in Milwaukee, WI. My coaching combines practical nutrition guidance with behavior change strategies that help healthy eating feel more manageable and maintainable long term so that you can stop starting over and finally create results that last.
